How to Track Notifications

Feature Overview

The Notifications Delivery and Read Receipts feature provides administrative users with the ability to monitor and track the status of sent notifications, including whether each resident has successfully received the message and whether they have opened or read it. This functionality enhances communication transparency and helps ensure important messages are acknowledged by their intended recipients.

Viewing Delivery & Read Receipts

Navigate to notifications on the left hand menu and click on 'Past'

Select and open the notification that you would like to track and you will have an overview of the delivery and read receipts of your residents.

If the notification is important, this will give you an overview if they have read it or not, and if they haven't, they can be contacted them by another means to ensure they are notified.
