How to Create Feature & User Profiles

Default Profiles

Regular

Typically applied to your existing residents and provides full access to all features.

Future Resident

Typically applied to future residents that are waiting to move-in and provides view-only access to all features.

Note: We recommend enabling the ability to RSVP to events to allow future residents to attend community events and make connections before they move in. If you would like to enable RSVPs for Future Residents, please reach out to the support team at support@generatortech.com.au.

Friends & Family

If you want to provide access to friends and family of your residents to see what is going on at the village, you can grant them reduced access with this Feature Profile. The Friends & Family profile provides view-only access to News, Events, FAQs, Contacts, and Albums.

Kiosk User

The Kiosk User profile allows a generic login to an iPad or Tablet that is placed in a communal area. Once logged in, residents can browse the app without logging in. They can also RSVP to events and book services and spaces. More info on the Kiosk Mode can be found in this help article here.
