Adding a Time & Date to the Event

Once you have completed the create event form you can add a time slot or multiple time slots for the event. This is also the place where you can add recurring events.

To add a time, simply click the 'Add Time Slot' button and the 'New Time Slot' box will appear. Set the date and the time of the event and click Save.

Your event will now have a time and date.

Creating Recurring Events

To create a recurring event, you will just need to add more time slots. When you click the 'Add Time Slot' button again, the New Time Slot box will appear and will automatically push the date 7 days in advance. If its a weekly event you can press save and repeat the steps multiple times and this will quickly create weekly events.

If the events are bi-weekly i.e. one on a Tuesday and one on a Friday, we recommend creating 2 separate events. The first event can be called [Event Name] - Tuesday and the second event can be called [Event Name] - Friday.

Creating the events separately will allow you to easily use this feature that skips the events one week ahead.
