Resident Directory

Feature Overview


The Resident Directory feature within the app allows residents to share their contact details with other residents in the community. Creating a central and easily accessible directory enables residents to view and connect with one another. The directory helps to strengthen community ties, improve communication, and ensure important contact information is readily available. This feature enhances convenience, supports neighbourhood safety, and promotes overall wellbeing for all residents.


Enabling the Resident Directory


The Resident Directory is a self-service feature that allows residents to manage their own visibility within the app. They can choose to appear or remain hidden by adjusting settings directly from their profile. In addition, admin users have the ability to manage a resident’s visibility through the resident’s user profile.


Toggling on/off visibility in the App


To toggle on your profile in the app, go to Profile > Account Settings > Toggle On


Once they are visible, they will be searchable in the resident directory.


Using the Resident Directory


The resident directory can be found in the HUB and is searchable by the resident.

The email, sms and phone icons will use the native device to make the calls. Please note that if this is used on a table that doesnt have sms or phone enabled, then you wont be able to call from the tablet
