Contact Directory - How to Upload Important Contacts
Feature Overview
The Contact Directory feature in the App empowers admin users to create and maintain a comprehensive directory of essential contacts, ensuring that residents have quick and easy access to vital information. This feature not only enhances convenience but also promotes the safety and well-being of residents.
Creating a Contact
Navigate to the Create Contact screen
Complete the Contact form
Building Select the applicable building (defaults to current building)
Name Input the name of the contact
Title Provide the title for the contact, for example "Village Manager" or "Local Emergency Vet"
Mobile Number Input the mobile number that will be used for SMS purposes (if applicable).
Telephone Number Input the phone number that will be used for Call purposes (if applicable).
Email Input the contacts email address (if applicable). Note: At least 1 contact method should be provided for a contact.
